What you'll do

What we're looking for

5+ years of hardware-centric systems engineering experience in EO/Ladar or high-precision pointing systems.
Direct experience transitioning complex systems from low TRL to production-ready status.
Strong familiarity with DVT campaigns, environmental testing standards, and field testing operations.
Practical knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM), test equipment ruggedization, and process optimization/automation.
Experience leading systems engineering reviews such as CDR, MRR, or PRR.
Advanced proficiency in analytical toolchains/languages like MATLAB or Python.
Strong laboratory skills including design of experiments.
