What you'll do

Provide end-user desktop support for systems and applications locally and across the classified WAN.
Perform routine system updates, patching, and hardening to reduce vulnerabilities and maintain compliance.
Partner with program engineering teams to deliver IT solutions aligned with specific project requirements.
Communicate technical issues, risks, and recommendations effectively to management and non-technical stakeholders.
Manage and support Windows and Linux operating systems including RHEL, CentOS, and Ubuntu.
Administer VMware virtualization platforms and manage backup/recovery solutions like Commvault.
Maintain secure operations for classified desktop systems and essential applications.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience, a graduate degree with 0 to 2 years of experience, or no degree with 6 years of experience.
Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
Working knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking protocols, PowerShell, and security best practices.
Current active TS/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph.
Hands-on experience supporting Linux systems including RHEL 8/9, CentOS, and Ubuntu (preferred).
Experience administering VMware or comparable virtualization platforms (preferred).
Experience working with Commvault or similar backup and recovery solutions (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
