What you'll do

  • Lead the scoping, go-to-market strategy, and iteration of new product features for non-restaurant verticals.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for improving order quality and selection.
  • Develop quarterly and annual plans to improve key business metrics and product capabilities.
  • Manage cross-functional workstreams with Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams to build high-quality features.
  • Improve in-store tooling, technology, and inventory accuracy across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, and Retail segments.
  • Use SQL and Excel to analyze data and create visualizations that drive business decision-making.
  • Solve ambiguous problems by identifying operational efficiencies and implementing scalable processes.

What we're looking for

  • You must have a completed Bachelor’s Degree.
  • You should have 1-3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, banking, food & beverage, or high-growth startups.
  • You must be able to use Excel and visualize data to tell stories.
  • SQL experience is a bonus.
  • You must be able to analyze customer feedback and use data to drive business decision-making.
  • You must be able to lead cross-functional work streams involving engineers, data scientists, and designers.
  • You must be able to solve ambiguous problems and own projects from end-to-end.
