Senior Associate Electrical Engineer

What you'll do

• Perform electrical engineering design for aircraft systems integration, including avionics upgrades and power distribution.
• Support ongoing aircraft systems modifications by applying electrical requirements and managing design and integration.
• Perform electrical interface and power test planning and verification in both lab and aircraft environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical interface issues during testing.
• Generate professional drawings, documents, and reports for engineering projects.
• Manage project budgets and schedules while serving as a task leader for the electrical engineering team.
• Mentor junior team members on electrical engineering integration design, testing, and liaison.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a DoD security clearance.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Waco, TX facility.
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of related experience.
• Must have a Graduate Degree and at least 0-2 years of related experience, or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Must have experience in the integration of systems involving wiring and signal interfaces.
• Must have experience in at least one electrical CAD tool such as Visual Engineer, AutoCAD Electrical, or Capital Harness.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance (preferred).
