Senior Associate, Business Intelligence Analyst

What you'll do

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify detailed variance drivers and prepare reports.
• Manage Estimates at Completion (EACs) by compiling and maintaining budgets based on actual performance and historical data.
• Allocate costs in alignment with program needs, bid assumptions, and established corporate policies.
• Develop and maintain earned value-based metrics and interactive dashboards for performance reporting.
• Analyze historical material, labor, and operating expense data to support forecasting and decision-making.
• Review and update forecasts based on changes in project scope, pricing, or contract assumptions.
• Coordinate manpower planning discussions to support resource forecasting and execution of deliverables.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics/Statistics, or a related field and at least 2 years of experience.
• Graduate degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Analytics if no degree is held.
• Demonstrated operating knowledge of Excel (including Pivot Tables and Vlookups), Access, and Microsoft Word.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, EAC management, variance analysis, and financial reporting (preferred).
• Experience with Data Warehousing, SQL, or visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI (preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query and VBA/Macros (preferred); active DoW security clearance (preferred).
