You will analyze large-scale behavioral data, including search queries, click-through rates, and purchase patterns to uncover customer preferences and system performance. Your daily work involves designing and executing rigorous statistical tests like A/B testing and holdout experiments to measure the impact of algorithm changes. You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to support model development, validation, and monitoring while translating complex findings into narratives for stakeholders. To succeed, you must utilize SQL and Python, including pandas and matplotlib, and have experience with Spark or Databricks. You will also develop dashboards in BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker within the used vehicle market.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics over time.
  • Use SQL and Python to manipulate and analyze large datasets from various sources.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, math, or engineering.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • 3+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in e-commerce or a data-rich environment.
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency with Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Solid foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and experimental design.
  • Experience working with large datasets using tools like Spark or Databricks is preferred.
  • Ability to build and maintain reports in BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
  • Clear communication skills to translate complex findings for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
