JOB TITLE: Senior Analyst, Business Insights
The Senior Analyst, Business Insights joins the BSMR Analytics & Insights team to transform Brand Sourcing & Manufacturer Relations into a data-driven, AI-enabled organization. In this role, you will build analytics and business solutions by designing dashboards, applications, and reporting structures to support strategic decision-making across sourcing, logistics, and distribution operations. You will translate business requirements into scalable data-driven solutions while supporting cloud migration and platform modernization. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities for automation and leveraging AI to improve business outcomes. You will utilize a technical stack including Databricks, Azure, SQL, Python, GitHub, SAP HANA, and Postgres. The position requires expertise in database design and managing enterprise reporting solutions to solve complex business problems within the healthcare supply chain and manufacturing relations domain.
Design and develop dashboards, applications, and reporting solutions to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions for sourcing and logistics operations.
Support and enhance enterprise analytics platforms using Databricks, Azure, SAP HANA, and Postgres.
Build and maintain scalable data assets, reporting structures, and data models to support business growth.
Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve business efficiency.
Contribute to cloud migration efforts and platform modernization initiatives across the enterprise.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that create measurable business value.
What we're looking for
Requires 7+ years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, data management, analytics engineering, or application development.
Requires strong experience with Databricks, SQL, Python, GitHub, Azure, and AI-enabled tools.
Requires hands-on experience with database management and database design.
Requires experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
Requires proven ability to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and partner with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Data Science, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
Requires strong written and verbal communication skills (preferred).
Requires experience with Azure services such as AKS, Function Apps, Docker, and cloud-native architectures (preferred).
