What you'll do

Analyze large-scale behavioral data like search queries and click-through rates to identify customer preferences.
Design, execute, and interpret statistical tests including A/B testing and holdout experiments.
Partner with data scientists to support the development, validation, and monitoring of machine learning models.
Translate complex technical findings into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance metrics over time.
Bridge the gap between model performance metrics and tangible business outcomes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, math, or engineering.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
3+ years of experience in an analytical role (preferably in e-commerce or marketplace environments).
Strong SQL skills and experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis.
Solid foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and experimental design.
Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with large datasets using tools like Spark or Databricks (preferred).
Ability to build and maintain reports in BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker (preferred).
