Senior Analyst, HR Technology Products

What you'll do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain product documentation including playbooks, help content, release notes, and user guides in Confluence.
• Coordinate the release cycle by managing planning, testing, readiness, and post-release follow-up.
• Partner with developers and scrum teams to participate in ceremonies and resolve blockers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for platform users to gather feedback and handle escalations.
• Research market trends and emerging AI capabilities to propose new product ideas and innovations.
• Contribute to the development of quarterly and annual product roadmaps and success measures.
• Create and deliver polished presentations on product capabilities and results to leadership and large audiences.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of professional experience in the Technology industry.
• 3+ years of experience working within a Technology product organization.
• 3+ years of experience working with public cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• 2+ years of experience creating and delivering presentations to large audiences.
• 2+ years of experience managing multiple products and shifting priorities simultaneously.
• 1+ year of experience working with AI productivity tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot.
• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification (preferred).
