Lead complex product workstreams from discovery through implementation and stabilization for Talent Acquisition products.
Translate business problems and user needs into actionable product requirements, user stories, and delivery plans.
Facilitate tradeoff discussions and identify unresolved issues, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
Own implementation readiness including business communications, training, support processes, and deployment validation.
Lead cross-functional defect triage and resolution to ensure delivered functionality meets acceptance criteria.
Define success measures and use adoption, experience, and operational insights to inform continuous improvement.
Translate AI-enabled opportunities into clear data, risk, control, and human-oversight requirements.
Provide guidance and coaching to analysts and partners to strengthen product analysis and delivery quality.
What we're looking for
4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Implementation, Technology Delivery, or Strategic Planning.
Experience with enterprise Talent Acquisition Transformation or HR technology products (preferred).
Experience with candidate engagement, recruiting CRM, career sites, interview scheduling, recruiting automation, assessments, or AI-enabled recruiting capabilities (preferred).
Experience with Workday Recruiting, Workday Candidate Engagement, Beamery, HireVue, HackerRank, ServiceNow, or comparable enterprise platforms (preferred).
Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business, user, or system requirements (preferred).
Experience translating business needs into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, or comparable product delivery artifacts (preferred).
Experience working in an Agile product or technology delivery environment (preferred).
Experience leading a complex product, technology, implementation, or transformation workstream from problem definition through launch and stabilization (preferred).
