Senior Analyst, Data Science Enablement

What you'll do

• Translate complex AI/ML model outputs into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical business leaders.
• Manage the end-to-end adoption lifecycle of data science models across various brands and functions.
• Create Model Explainability Cards to simplify technical information for merchant and planning teams.
• Design and coordinate A/B tests to measure and report on model impact on key business metrics.
• Build dashboards and reports to track model coverage, influence rates, and performance improvements.
• Analyze override analytics to identify why users deviate from model recommendations and provide feedback to engineers.
• Partner with technical teams to integrate AI recommendations into existing tools like PLM and planning platforms.
• Train and coach business stakeholders on how to interpret and utilize AI models effectively.

What we're looking for

• 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, customer success, or a client-facing analytics role.
• Experience in a high-accountability, client-facing or internal consulting function (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholder relationships with a high standard of responsiveness and structured communication.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to present complex information to executive audiences without jargon.
• Sufficient data literacy to interpret model accuracy, confidence intervals, feature importance, A/B testing, and business KPIs.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data extraction and building metrics; experience with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI (preferred).
• Experience designing and running structured experiments or pilots while translating statistical findings into plain-language impact.
• Familiarity with retail business processes, MLOps concepts, or partnering with Data Science teams (preferred).
