Senior Data Science Analyst & Project Lead

What you'll do

• Perform exploratory and advanced data analysis on complex datasets to identify trends impacting business outcomes.
• Validate and optimize machine learning models to ensure accuracy and performance for business needs.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable analytical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop automated dashboards and reports using visualization tools to monitor key metrics and KPIs.
• Manage the lifecycle of data science projects, including local coordination and global alignment.
• Supervise junior team members in conducting data analyses and implementing best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies while managing data pipelines and repositories.
• Evaluate new technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement in data analytics.

What we're looking for

• Master’s degree required; Ph.D. degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience in commercial performance data analysis within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, modeling techniques, and machine learning.
• Mastery of Palantir platform and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Strong analytical thinking to derive insights from complex datasets and solve business problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
