Senior Analyst, Business Analysis

What you'll do

• Provide consultation on the design, testing, and enhancement of information products for internal and external customers.
• Research, manipulate, and prepare complex data to document program activities and report results.
• Oversee data quality and provide feedback to various areas to improve service delivery and design efforts.
• Lead the planning, development, and validation of master or detail test plans and strategies.
• Analyze complex data for trends and provide in-depth root cause analysis.
• Translate complex data into constructive information and make recommendations for strategic business planning.
• Influence enhancements to business processes, policies, and system infrastructure to improve data quality and access.
• Develop and conduct presentations and consultations for existing and prospective customers.

What we're looking for

• 6+ months of experience reading and understanding claims.
• Working knowledge of reading and reviewing claim and coding types.
• 6+ months of intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Excel.
• 6+ months of experience with QNXT.
• Extensive experience with databases and the interpretation and manipulation of related data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency including Word, Access DB, and Info Path.
• MS SQL experience (preferred).
• Remedy ticket tracking experience (preferred).
• 3-5+ years of data interpretation and analysis experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree, technical certification, or equivalent work experience.
