What you'll do

  • Conduct weekly face-to-face training sessions for NVIDIA's partners.
  • Develop and refine training materials for AI and data center technologies.
  • Build lab-based training and interactive hands-on demos for AI solutions.
  • Translate partner feedback into actionable ideas to enhance training content.
  • Support programmatic aspects of workshop planning and delivery.
  • Develop instructor delivery notes and assessment materials.
  • Ensure partner field teams can effectively position and leverage NVIDIA AI Enterprise solutions.

What we're looking for

  • BS/MS or equivalent experience in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a comparable depth of knowledge and background.
  • 12+ years in technical sales, pre-sales, solutions architecture, or similar customer-facing technical positions.
  • At least 5 years of experience with infrastructure systems supporting AI, such as accelerated computing, networking, or storage.
  • Solid proficiency with AI concepts, including Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Skilled at delivering engaging training sessions and presentations.
  • Proven expertise using AI tools, autonomous workflows, and frontier models to develop training content, interactive presentations, and practical labs.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills in English.
  • Experience developing and delivering in-depth training for field sales and technical audiences, including channel partners (preferred).
