What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI and LLM solutions including prompt engineering and memory patterns.
  • Build and optimize RAG pipelines involving embeddings, retrieval strategies, re-ranking, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Lead the development of agentic workflows and AI applications integrated with enterprise tools and APIs.
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms like ERP and CRM while ensuring security and data integrity.
  • Own end-to-end engineering delivery including code quality, testing, deployment, and performance optimization.
  • Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews for AI engineering best practices.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business needs and production readiness standards.

What we're looking for

  • 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or applied AI development.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Python-based systems.
  • Proven experience building and deploying LLM applications, including RAG architectures and vector databases.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Experience developing scalable AI systems and APIs in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams or owning modules/workstreams in a delivery environment.
  • Experience with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment of AI applications (preferred).
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
