What you'll do

Transform AI prototypes and proof-of-concepts into reliable, secure, and production-ready enterprise software.
Build and support production AI capabilities including gateway services, agent frameworks, and self-hosted inference.
Develop testing, evaluation, monitoring, and observability practices to ensure AI systems remain dependable and scalable.
Partner with cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and architecture teams to ensure compliance and governance standards.
Mentor engineers and establish best practices for AI development and agentic workflows across the organization.
Debug and troubleshoot issues specific to AI systems, such as quality drift, prompt regressions, and cost spikes.
Create technical documentation and define corporate standards for what constitutes "production-ready" AI systems.

What we're looking for

Must have a minimum of 6 years of technical experience in software development.
Experience with production ownership of AI systems, including agents, features, and MCP servers.
Experience with major cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Experience with Kubernetes and automated unit/end-to-end testing.
Experience with large language models (LLM) or vector databases.
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Fintech experience (preferred).
Experience with GCP, Terraform, cloud security, DevOps, and model fine-tuning (preferred).
