Senior Software Development Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
• Develop end-to-end RAG solutions including ingestion, chunking, embedding generation, and vector indexing.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, data models, feature stores, and vector stores for ML and GenAI workloads.
• Create full-stack applications featuring responsive front-end interfaces, backend services, and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Implement MLOps and LLMOps practices for model versioning, evaluation pipelines, and monitoring for drift or hallucinations.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and observability across all AI services.
• Troubleshoot production issues across the stack, including data quality, model behavior, and API performance.
• Ensure all AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and HIPAA standards through responsible AI practices and guardrails.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience building full stack applications and delivering AI/ML solutions to production.
• Proficiency in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js/TypeScript) and one modern front end framework.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI solutions using orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience building data pipelines for ML/AI workloads, including feature engineering and integration with vector databases for RAG.
• 6+ years of experience with SQL and relational database management systems, including schema design and query optimization.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms and data engineering platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Git workflows, and automated testing practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
