As a Senior AI Agent Engineer, you will join the Oracle Health team to build and maintain the operational foundation for production AI systems. What you'll do

Build and maintain observability, logging, tracing, and monitoring for AI agents and analytics workflows.
Implement release, rollout, rollback, and versioning controls for prompts, models, tools, and configurations.
Design production evaluation practices to detect regressions, silent failures, quality drift, and performance issues.
Manage data reliability workflows including detection of schema drift, data gaps, and processing anomalies.
Lead incident response, triage, root-cause analysis, and operational reporting for AI and data issues.
Monitor latency, throughput, and cost metrics for all AI-enabled systems.
Enforce operational safeguards, auditability, and controlled deployment practices for enterprise AI platforms.

What we're looking for

Must possess 6 to 10+ years of experience.
Must have a security clearance.
Proficiency in AI/ML or data platform operations is required.
Experience with CI/CD, release management, and versioning/configuration management is required.
Expertise in observability, logging, tracing, monitoring, and alerting is required.
Skills in incident response, root-cause analysis, and production troubleshooting are required.
Experience in reliability engineering and operational tooling/automation is required.
Proficiency in scripting or software development is required.
