What you'll do

Transform AI proofs of concept into production-ready software with robust error handling and logging.

Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to ensure products meet strict financial regulatory standards.
Review code from junior engineers and provide technical mentorship on production best practices.
Create technical documentation for internal tools and define "production-ready" standards for AI systems.
Troubleshoot complex issues related to provider outages, model performance, and system reliability.

What we're looking for

Must have a minimum of 6 years of technical experience in software development.
Must have production ownership of AI systems, including agents, features, and MCP servers.
Experience with a major cloud environment such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Experience with Kubernetes.
Experience with unit testing and end-to-end automated testing.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Fintech experience (preferred).
Experience with GCP and infrastructure as code (Terraform), cloud security, DevOps, model fine-tuning, evaluation, and AI observability (preferred).
