What you'll do

Transform AI proofs of concept into production-ready software with reliable workflows, error handling, and logging.
Develop and lead automated testing and evals for non-deterministic agentic systems.
Implement monitoring systems to detect quality drift, prompt regressions, and cost spikes in AI models.
Review code created by less experienced team members and provide technical mentorship.
Collaborate with cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure teams to ensure products meet regulatory and security standards.
Create technical documentation and define corporate standards for production-ready AI systems.
Debug and troubleshoot complex issues specific to AI systems and cloud infrastructure.
Use agentic workflows and tools to automate internal development tasks and software processes.

What we're looking for

Must have a minimum of 6 years of technical experience in software development.
Must have production ownership of AI systems, including AI agents, AI features, or MCP servers.
Must have experience with a major cloud environment such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Must have experience with Kubernetes.
Must have experience with unit testing and end-to-end automated testing.
Must be able to travel up to 5% for internal business meetings, training, and conferences.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Fintech experience (preferred).
Experience with GCP and infrastructure as code (Terraform) (preferred).
Experience in cloud security and DevOps (preferred).
Experience with model fine-tuning, evaluation, and validation (preferred).
Experience with AI observability, evals, and model monitoring (preferred).
