What you'll do

Build and fine-tune specialized AI agents for customer experience use cases like discovery, support, and lead qualification.
Implement prompt engineering strategies, memory handling, resource management, and tool-calling integrations.
Develop multi-agent communication protocols and orchestrated workflows using frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
Create reusable agent templates and modular components to accelerate deployment across different business units.
Monitor agent performance metrics such as task success rate and user satisfaction using observability tools.
Establish learning workflows including human-in-the-loop feedback and automated retraining loops.
Manage knowledge base updates, drift detection, and the integration of new business logic into existing systems.
Manage agent versioning, testing pipelines, and controlled rollout processes in production environments.

What we're looking for

3–5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, NLP systems, or backend development.
Proficiency with LLM frameworks including OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and RAG pipelines.
Experience building conversational agents or workflow bots in production environments.
Familiarity with Python, REST APIs, containerization (Docker, K8s), and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Expertise in prompt design, vector databases, and memory handling strategies.
Preferred experience with multi-agent frameworks, orchestration systems, or observability tools.
Background in conversational design or dialogue management systems is preferred.
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
