Senior Prompt Engineer, Brand Concierge

What you'll do

• Develop multi-step prompt chains and templates for specific business functions like sales and support.
• Implement LLM function calling to trigger APIs, databases, and internal tools for task automation.
• Define and build agent personas, roles, and behaviors for domain-specific applications.
• Manage multi-turn conversations, memory handling, and contextual continuity within agent workflows.
• Optimize prompts for enterprise accuracy, privacy, fairness, and compliance standards.
• Mitigate hallucination, bias, and misuse risks through collaboration with legal and security teams.
• Integrate prompts into agent workflows and orchestration pipelines in production environments.
• Maintain libraries for prompt reuse, version control, and deployment documentation.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in NLP, AI/ML product development, or application scripting.
• Strong grasp of LLM capabilities and limitations including OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, and Cohere.
• Experience crafting prompts and evaluation methods for enterprise tasks.
• Strong ML, Python, and API integration skills.
• Excellent written communication and structured thinking.
• Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen (preferred).
• Experience with LLM function calling, custom tool integration, and agent workflows (preferred).
• Background in UX writing, human-computer interaction, or instructional design (preferred).
• Understanding of enterprise compliance such as SOC 2 and GDPR in AI systems (preferred).
• Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related field (preferred).
