Senior AI Systems Architect, Brand Concierge

What you'll do

• Translate business goals into scalable AI architectures and system scopes.
• Design end-to-end blueprints for multi-agent systems and orchestration workflows.
• Specify data requirements and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) configurations.
• Author detailed technical specifications for LLM-based solutions, APIs, and prompt logic.
• Design modular and resilient solutions for enterprise-scale environments.
• Lead prototype development, performance tuning, and solution validation for POCs.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and enterprise AI engineering.
• Experience designing and deploying AI/LLM systems using OpenAI, Claude, RAG stacks, and vector databases.
• Strong understanding of conversational AI, agents, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Deep understanding of modern ML techniques, including the ML lifecycle, MLOps, and productionizing models.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Docker/K8s), and CI/CD.
• Experience with multi-agent systems, tool calling, or autonomous workflows (preferred).
• Understanding of enterprise data governance, security, and compliance (preferred).
• Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
