Senior Agentic AI Product Manager

What you'll do

• Build and maintain production agentic AI products for global sales programs and teams.
• Identify high-value use cases by working directly with business stakeholders and program owners.
• Design and implement complex agentic workflows including multi-agent orchestration, tool use, and structured reasoning.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into well-scoped products with clear success metrics.
• Deploy and customize agents for global teams across multiple languages and regional contexts.
• Build evaluation frameworks to monitor production accuracy and drive prompt iteration cycles.
• Develop end-to-end solutions that allow business teams to maintain and operate agents after deployment.

What we're looking for

• At least 12 years of technical or product experience shipping production products or features.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications including prompt engineering, RAG, tool use, and agent orchestration.
• Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders to define requirements and iterate on solutions.
• Strong communication skills to translate between business needs and technical implementation.
• Proven track record of shipping products that achieve measurable impact.
• Preferred experience building multi-agent systems or complex LLM orchestration pipelines.
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs such as accuracy, hallucination detection, and quality scoring.
• Full-stack technical skills to build end-to-end from data pipelines through user-facing interfaces.
