Agentic AI Product Manager, Platform - Sales

What you'll do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and requirements for the agentic AI platform.
• Manage the end-to-end experience of building, configuring, deploying, and running agents on the platform.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into well-scoped product requirements with clear success metrics.
• Define core models for deployment, customization, and governance to enable safe self-service for teams.
• Grow the ecosystem by developing reusable components, connectors, and integrations to increase user productivity.
• Enable internal teams to build and deploy agents across multiple languages and regional contexts.
• Partner with engineering teams to sequence and ship product roadmap items.
• Define and track key success metrics including adoption, active usage, and time-to-first-result.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of product management experience, including platform or developer-platform products shipped to production.
• Proven track record of owning a product from vision and strategy through requirements and launch.
• Strong technical fluency with runtimes, APIs, integrations, and data models.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating crisp product requirements, specs, and roadmaps.
• Experience building internal developer platforms, infrastructure products, or ecosystems where others build on your output.
• Familiarity with agentic AI and large language model (LLM) systems including orchestration and evaluation.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar tool-use and integration frameworks.
• Experience shipping products to global, multilingual, and multi-region audiences.
