What you'll do

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and requirements engineering for the agentic AI platform.
Manage the end-to-end experience of how agents are built, configured, deployed, and run.
Translate ambiguous business needs into well-scoped product requirements with clear success metrics.
Define core models for deployment, customization, and governance to enable safe self-service.
Grow the platform ecosystem by developing reusable components, connectors, and integrations.
Enable teams to build and deploy agents across multiple languages and regional contexts.
Partner with engineering to sequence and ship the product roadmap.
Define and track key success metrics including adoption, active usage, and time-to-result.

What we're looking for

At least 8 years of product management experience, including platform or developer-platform products shipped to production.
Proven track record of owning a product from initial vision through requirements and launch.
Strong technical fluency in runtimes, APIs, integrations, and data models to translate business needs into engineering implementation.
Excellent written communication skills for creating crisp product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps.
Experience building internal developer platforms, infrastructure products, or ecosystems where others build on top of the output.
Familiarity with agentic AI and large language model (LLM) systems including orchestration, tool use, and evaluation.
Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar tool-use and integration frameworks.
Experience shipping products to global, multilingual, and multi-region audiences.
