What you'll do

  • Define and champion the product strategy and roadmap using data-driven prioritization to maximize customer value.
  • Develop runtime security, behavioral analysis, and protection capabilities specifically for agentic systems and AI agents.
  • Identify and mitigate agentic threats such as prompt injection, intent anomalies, and rogue agent detection.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle by writing user stories, scoping sprints, and collaborating daily with engineering teams.
  • Conduct customer research through surveys and interviews to optimize the end-to-end journey and ensure value realization.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and content creation.
  • Analyze product performance data to establish baselines for new features and drive continuous iteration based on usage insights.
  • Engage with sales and technical teams to gather customer feedback and support adoption during pre-sales and renewals.

What we're looking for

  • You must have an undergraduate or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • You must have 5-8 years of experience in Product Management within startup or high-growth environments.
  • You must have significant experience with AI Agent creation, orchestration, and the use of MCP servers.
  • You must possess a strong command of the OWASP Top 10 for Agentic AI attack vectors and mitigations.
  • You must have direct experience identifying and remediating agentic threats like prompt injection and rogue agent detection.
  • You must have prior experience in the security, fraud, or compliance industries with knowledge of IAM concepts like OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
  • You must have demonstrated experience delivering global enterprise software across the full product lifecycle.
  • You must be able to work effectively in an Agile development environment including sprint planning and backlog management.
