Security Services Vice President

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global security strategy to protect employees, data, and physical property.
• Manage all industrial and physical security programs including counterintelligence, insider risk, and business continuity.
• Drive transformation across security policies, procedures, and corporate culture to address evolving global threats.
• Oversee information assurance and cybersecurity for classified systems and facilities worldwide.
• Lead executive protection services, event security, and investigations security programs.
• Communicate the security vision to key leaders to ensure organizational alignment and action.
• Sponsor key initiatives to provide resources and push for change across the security organization.
• Solve complex security issues involving legal, compliance, and regulatory obligations across global business lines.

What we're looking for

• 20+ years of experience with professional security in public or private sectors.
• Experience leading global security operations, intellectual property protection, investigations, intelligence, crisis management, and business continuity.
• Experience as an industry thought leader in security policy, operations, and strategy for global organizations.
• Experience managing diverse facility types including traditional office space, innovation centers, classified space, labs, and conference spaces.
• Knowledge of Intelligence Community and Department of Defense security requirements such as NISPOM or DCIDs.
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Master's degree (preferred); CPP, PSP, PCI, CISM, or CISSP certifications (preferred).
