Privacy Engineering Program Manager

What you'll do

• Onboard engineering teams to privacy platforms and establish SDS-specific procedures and processes.
• Ensure consistent application of privacy standards across all SDS data practices.
• Design role-based privacy training and manage the SDS privacy awareness program.
• Create and maintain the SDS privacy website for internal communication.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate manual privacy review and approval chains.
• Act as the primary liaison between SDS teams and Corporate Privacy Management offices.
• Monitor regulatory and policy changes to drive the SDS privacy response to new requirements.
• Drive decision automation using machine learning to improve speed, control, and scale.

What we're looking for

• BS/MS or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as engineering, math, or computer science.
• 3+ years of experience in technical program management or project management.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and navigate evolving regulations to produce clear, actionable guidance.
• Proven ability to build and sustain partnerships across engineering, legal, and policy stakeholders to influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for audiences ranging from technical engineers to senior leadership.
• Track record of managing multiple concurrent programs with competing priorities and delivering reliably.
• Experience in privacy, data governance, regulatory compliance, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in fraud detection, risk management, or financial services data environments (preferred).
