Senior Engineering Program Manager, Privacy

What you'll do

• Develop and manage project definitions, engineering achievements, and schedules for new and ongoing projects.
• Create actionable plans to drive team execution and ensure all goals are met.
• Identify and remove roadblocks to keep the privacy team moving forward.
• Track and account for the privacy team's work to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Ensure all products and services are designed with privacy features integrated from inception.
• Provide succinct, accurate executive summaries of project status and complex engineering situations.
• Create and document repeatable processes and resources for the software engineering program office.
• Manage numerous, unrelated parallel activities across cross-functional teams including legal, marketing, and design.

What we're looking for

• At least 8+ years of Project / Program Management experience in software development life cycle.
• Experience developing project plans and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience delivering customer-facing software features or projects from concept through delivery.
• BS/MS degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills (preferred).
• Track record of quickly understanding technical concepts in a wide range of fields (preferred).
• Ability to provide succinct, accurate executive summaries of project status and complicated engineering situations (preferred).
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage parallel activities, and lead teams without direct authority (preferred).
