Hardware Security Engineering Program Manager

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SoC security features from initial architecture through silicon delivery and software enablement.
• Facilitate technical discussions between Platform Architecture, SoC design, and software teams to define security features.
• Drive the decision-making process by identifying technical opens and ensuring alignment across hardware and software stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a multi-generation security feature roadmap aligned with product priorities and silicon schedules.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies, conflicts, and gaps before they impact the critical path.
• Secure early commitments from software teams for the enablement of specific security features.
• Drive the security specification review and sign-off process across all relevant engineering and security teams.
• Track silicon and software readiness milestones to ensure features are fully validated and supported.

What we're looking for

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in SoC/Silicon/Cellular design, architecture, or silicon development.
• Proven technical program management or cross-functional leadership experience.
• Familiarity with SoC security architectures including secure boot, hardware key protection, cryptographic engines, attestation, and trusted execution environments (preferred).
• Demonstrated success driving multi-functional alignment and influencing across silicon/software organizational boundaries (preferred).
• Track record of driving security-focused features across hardware and software teams (preferred).
• Experience building and maintaining multi-generation technology roadmaps (preferred).
