JOB TITLE: Scrum Master As a Scrum Master, you will join a team dedicated to strengthening operational excellence for Navy clients. You will coach the team to reach its highest performance level while ensuring that project deliverables meet customer expectations. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring that Agile principles and approaches are correctly understood by the team and key stakeholders. You will use tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow to implement sustainable process improvements and help the team focus on accomplishing sprint goals. The role requires experience with software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management, as well as proficiency in Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies. You must possess a Secret clearance and experience with Agile Metrics to support these modernization and security efforts.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience with software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management.
Experience with projects using Agile methodology, including Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban.
Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, and Agile Metrics.
Experience in hardware acquisition programs (preferred).
SAFe Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master Certification (preferred).
Bachelor's degree.
