What you'll do

Lead the development and execution of system architecture and design plans.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, a graduate degree with 10 years of experience, or 16 years of experience without a degree.
At least 5 years of systems engineering experience with space-based payloads, vehicle systems, and EO/IR systems with electromechanical control.
Experience leading technical teams and large space programs across the full system lifecycle.
Expertise in active and passive remote sensing and electro-optical hardware.
Ability to perform technical analysis, manage specifications, and generate design review and technical documentation.
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance (preferred).
Technical subject matter expertise in optical, electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical engineering disciplines (preferred).
Security clearance.
