What you'll do

Architect and build software to automate hardware test systems for satellite components.
Develop software infrastructure to support automated test case execution.
Build automation tools to support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Write Python code to test satellite hardware and manage telemetry data on Linux racks.
Interface with electrical test equipment using SCPI protocols to automate measurements.
Enable automated data collection and analysis to drive production ship/no-ship decisions.
Own the software quality, release process, and end-user documentation.
Translate hardware engineering requirements into reliable, scalable automated test logic.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience is required.
5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language is required.
5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems is required.
Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team is required.
5+ years of full software development life cycle experience including coding standards, code reviews, and source control is preferred.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred.
Proficiency in Python for testing hardware and integrating with electrical test equipment via SCPI is required.
