SAP Functional Consultant, OpenText InfoArchive Support

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day application support and monitor the health of the OpenText InfoArchive platform.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues to recommend and implement preventive measures.
• Fulfill historical SAP data requests by troubleshooting retrieval issues and performing SQL-based analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on product patches, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
• Validate archived SAP data for completeness and accuracy to support enhancements and change requests.
• Manage user access requests and maintain support documentation and operational reporting for stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and a strong understanding of SAP business processes and historical data management.
• Experience with OpenText Info Archive and SAP data management in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, including SQL-based analysis and troubleshooting of data retrieval issues (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Experience providing L2/L3 application support in a production environment, including incident and service request resolution.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.
• High-level knowledge of SAP tables across FI, Procurement, SD, and Warehouse verticals (preferred).
• Experience with data governance practices for archived enterprise data (preferred).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident and service request management (preferred).
