What you'll do

Lead functional delivery for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations from requirements gathering through post-implementation support.
Design and configure Oracle Cloud Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, Billing, Fixed Assets, and Fusion Tax.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud ERP configurations and functional design documents.
Facilitate requirements workshops and lead business process design, gap analysis, and UAT activities.
Identify and define RICEW requirements including reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows.
Lead data conversion and migration activities including legacy data mapping and validation.
Provide functional leadership and guidance to onsite and offshore project delivery teams.
Support project planning, effort estimation, and the preparation of Statements of Work.

What we're looking for

15+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP Financials and Supply Chain applications, including Oracle Cloud ERP.
At least 1 full-lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud implementation.
Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, including GL, AP, AR, Billing, Project Costing, Fixed Assets, and Fusion Tax.
Experience across the full project lifecycle, including requirements, design, configuration/development, testing, and rollout.
Experience with data conversion, migration, mapping, and validation.
Ability to provide functional leadership across onsite and offshore delivery teams.
Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
