The SAP Finance Manager, Amazon Le leads a team of SAP Finance professionals to drive functional strategy and delivery across financial accounting, controlling, and Record-to-Report processes. This role involves owning end-to-end SAP Finance implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support. You will drive process standardization for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting while ensuring strong financial controls and audit readiness. The position requires deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Financial Accounting (FI), and Controlling (CO), alongside experience with SAP Fiori, SAC, and financial analytics. You will solve complex cross-functional challenges by integrating SAP Finance with MM, SD, and PP modules to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability through automation and clean-core principles.
Lead SAP Finance functional strategy and delivery for accounting, controlling, and Record-to-Report processes.
Own end-to-end SAP Finance implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and production support.
Drive process standardization across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
Manage and develop a team of SAP Finance professionals by setting priorities and building functional expertise.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business solutions and resolve complex technical challenges.
Drive SAP S/4HANA adoption while maintaining clean-core principles and minimizing custom development.
Establish financial controls and compliance to ensure accurate reporting and audit readiness.
Identify opportunities for automation and innovation using SAP analytics and emerging technologies.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in accounting, information systems, finance, or equivalent.
7+ years of experience implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
3+ years of experience leading SAP functional teams or managing large-scale SAP Finance implementations.
Strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, and Product Costing.
Experience with Record-to-Report (R2R), month-end/year-end close, financial reconciliations, and internal controls.
Experience integrating SAP Finance with other SAP modules, including MM, SD, and PP.
Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud (preferred).
Experience with Material Ledger, Universal Journal, parallel accounting, and advanced financial reporting (preferred).
