JOB TITLE: Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineer Lead (Agentforce) As an Associate Manager, Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you will join the Salesforce practice to help clients accelerate the adoption of Agentic AI using Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities, lead discovery workshops, and translate complex requirements into scalable, production-ready agentic solutions. Your daily responsibilities include designing and configuring agents, topics, instructions, and orchestration workflows while building rapid prototypes. You will leverage Salesforce Flow, Apex, APIs, and Data Cloud / Data 360 to ensure agents have access to trusted enterprise data. This role requires deep expertise in solution architecture and hands-on AI implementation to solve business process challenges, manage Agile delivery, and mentor junior team members in delivering measurable business outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Lead discovery workshops to identify and prioritize Agentforce use cases with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into agentic workflows, functional designs, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions including agents, topics, and orchestration workflows.
  • Develop rapid prototypes and proofs of concept to demonstrate business value to clients.
  • Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to support grounded and context-aware AI agents through data harmonization.
  • Manage Agile delivery activities including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Establish testing, evaluation, and monitoring practices for AI agents to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Define KPIs to measure agent effectiveness, adoption, and overall business impact.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 4 years of Salesforce implementation experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading client discovery, requirements gathering, and solution delivery.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce Flow, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on Agentforce configuration and agent-building capability with Data Cloud knowledge.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience designing and demonstrating at least one end-to-end Agentforce use case.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience); Associate’s degree requires 6 years experience.
  • Certified in Salesforce Agentforce Specialist and Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (preferred).
