What you'll do

  • Lead the technical execution and development of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for healthcare organizations.
  • Oversee a team of developers to ensure high-quality customizations, integrations, and applications.
  • Manage technical architecture design and create comprehensive documentation for Salesforce applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and proactively identify and mitigate potential technical risks.
  • Lead technical meetings with client counterparts and technology partner leadership.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster a positive work culture.
  • Facilitate technology workshops with clients and integration partners to resolve complex problems.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Must hold a Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant Certification.
  • Must hold a Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
  • Must hold a Salesforce Admin certification.
  • Bachelor's degree required, or an Associate Degree with at least 6 years of work experience, or 12 years of experience without a degree.
  • Expertise in DevOps, CI/CD concepts, and healthcare-specific integrations.
  • Experience managing development teams and delivering solutions in a healthcare environment (preferred); Platform App Builder, Data Cloud, or MuleSoft certifications (preferred).
