Senior Manager, Salesforce Business Intelligence Developer, Commercial

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualizations to support sales insights.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI.
• Develop and optimize data models, report logic, and dashboard functionality to improve performance.
• Support forecasting, performance reporting, and insight generation across the commercial sales environment.
• Troubleshoot report issues, data inconsistencies, and user questions to ensure reliable reporting.
• Perform data validation, testing, and release readiness for reporting enhancements and platform changes.
• Maintain the reliability, scalability, and integrity of the DataMart and related analytics assets.
• Follow governance, documentation, and development standards to ensure consistent analytics delivery.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, or business intelligence.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior sales leadership to define KPIs and turn analytics into actionable sales strategies.
• Strong technical and analytical capability in Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
• 1-2 years of experience within a Sales or Sales Enablement organization (preferred).
• Strong understanding of the Aetna Healthcare Business Education (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification (preferred).
