What you'll do

  • Develop and execute initiatives to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools, coordinating with internal teams.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of sales strategy and operations experience in high-tech growth companies
  • Strong business acumen and ability to solve complex problems across various domains
  • Proficient in SQL, Google Sheets, Excel, and working with large datasets
