What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Strategy, or Revenue Operations.
  • Proven track record designing and executing complex onboarding and ramp programs.
  • Expertise in building certification frameworks tied to measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of consultative sales processes and performance levers.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to build performance dashboards linking enablement to revenue.
  • Fluency in modern AI-enabled sales tools for enhanced coaching and content creation.
  • Experience partnering across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations for coordinated execution.
