Sales Partner Compliance Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee the risk management lifecycle including partner onboarding, due diligence, monitoring, and offboarding.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring to detect, investigate, and resolve issues involving partners while ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Manage program systems and screening processes by setting functional requirements and prioritizing the product roadmap.
• Develop and manage metrics and reporting to provide leadership with insights into partner risk and control efficiency.
• Advance program maturity by streamlining and automating workflows using a risk-based approach.
• Establish clear compliance expectations for partners while maintaining policies and driving accountability.
• Manage, develop, and mentor a small team by setting expectations and allocating work effectively.

What we're looking for

• Several years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or a related field.
• Proven track record of building and managing recurring controls and monitoring routines.
• Experience in people management with the ability to work hands-on while setting direction.
• Ability to apply a risk-based approach and prioritize process efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and experience in collaborator management.
• Experience in a global software, SaaS, or technology company is preferred.
• Familiarity with due diligence screening tools or compliance benchmark reporting is preferred.
• Experience in operationalizing audit remediation is preferred.
