What you'll do

  • Lead the transformation of vendor sales motions to integrate agentic AI and automation.
  • Design scalable sales processes that align with Stripe's go-to-market strategy and customer experience principles.
  • Manage program-level performance, including pipeline reviews and executive reporting frameworks.
  • Partner with Vendor Operations Managers to coach vendor leaders and translate performance data into actionable insights.
  • Serve as a bridge between internal sales teams and vendor operations, ensuring alignment of goals and priorities.
  • Drive adoption of new sales motions and performance processes across programs and regions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to define future requirements for vendor teams and sustain high-performance behaviors.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, operations, or vendor management
  • Experience designing and scaling sales motions for large or distributed teams
  • Background in sales motion design and process development for third-party sales environments
  • Proven ability to translate complex performance data into clear narratives and recommendations
  • Track record of coaching sales teams and driving consistent performance improvements
  • Familiarity with implementing agentic AI, automation, and LLM agents in sales workflows
  • Experience working in a high-growth technology or fintech industry
