What we're looking for

  • At least 10 years of business execution, implementation, or strategic planning experience with management responsibilities
  • Proven ability to drive data-driven insights and performance analytics for sales enablement and recruiting strategies
  • Experience in wealth management, financial services, or advisor recruiting roles
  • Strong background in technology integration, automation, and AI-enabled workflows
  • Demonstrated success in developing sales enablement or marketing content aligned with organizational goals
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working cross-functionally across teams
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
