SaaS Finance & Operations Manager, VP

What you'll do

• Drive FinOps program adoption, governance maturity, and measurable cost outcomes across all business units.
• Oversee cloud cost allocation frameworks and showback/chargeback models to drive financial accountability.
• Lead FinOps analysis functions including variance analysis, trend reporting, anomaly detection, and savings identification.
• Own the FinOps tooling stack, including configuration, optimization, and vendor management for cost visibility.
• Embed FinOps principles into architecture reviews, cloud design standards, and product investment decisions.
• Deliver regular executive reporting on cloud spend performance, savings outcomes, and budget adherence.
• Lead, develop, and grow the FinOps team while managing capacity across analysis and tooling functions.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in cloud financial management, technology finance, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in a FinOps role.
• Demonstrated experience in FinOps programs at enterprise scale across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong command of cost allocation, chargeback/showback, reserved instance/savings plan optimization, anomaly detection, and unit economics.
• Proven ability to influence engineering and architecture decisions through a financial governance lens.
• Experience managing cloud Apptio Cloudability (preferred).
• Experience with infrastructure systems, security assessments, and security processes is a bonus (preferred).
• Large-scale FinOps experience in a highly regulated environment.
