TL;DR · Senior Manager, Robotics Services Sales

The Robotics Services Sales Senior Manager joins the Supply Chain & Engineering team to originate, shape, and close robotics automation and services opportunities within the Physical AI portfolio. This role involves managing a pipeline of industrial robotics, collaborative robots, AMRs/AGVs, and machine vision while addressing operational pain points like labor constraints and cycle times. The successful candidate will collaborate with architects and engineers to develop scalable roadmaps for pilot programs and multi-site rollouts. Key technical competencies include knowledge of PLC integration, fleet management, and production deployment. The role requires expertise in the Physical AI transformation lifecycle, including digital twins, simulation, and orchestrated operations. You will build commercial constructs such as Robotics-as-a-Service and outcome-linked models while coordinating with ecosystem partners like NVIDIA to deliver technically credible solutions for manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics environments.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute a robotics-services sales strategy across priority accounts and industries.
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of opportunities in industrial robotics, autonomous systems, and machine vision.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on operational pain points like labor constraints, safety, and throughput.
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from discovery and solution shaping to negotiation and contract signing.
  • Collaborate with architects to create scalable robotics roadmaps for pilot programs and multi-site rollouts.
  • Create commercial constructs including consulting, systems integration, and Robotics-as-a-Service models.
  • Develop joint go-to-market motions and co-sell opportunities with robotics OEMs and technology partners.
  • Convert successful engagements into repeatable offerings, reference patterns, and scaled client programs.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience across technology sales, robotics, automation consulting, industrial services, manufacturing solutions, warehouse automation, or supply chain technology.
  • At least 3 years of experience focused on robotics, automation, autonomous systems, or advanced manufacturing services.
  • Demonstrated record of originating and closing robotics, automation, or industrial-technology services engagements with complex client stakeholders.
  • Experience selling consulting, solutioning, integration, implementation, or managed services rather than only robotics hardware.
  • Sufficient technical knowledge of industrial robots, AMRs/AGVs, cobots, machine vision, PLC integration, fleet management, and production deployment.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional pursuits involving account, industry, technical, delivery, alliance, commercial, finance, and legal stakeholders.
  • Master's degree, MBA, or relevant robotics, automation, manufacturing, supply chain, or technology certification (preferred).
