The Physical AI Delivery Manager joins the Physical AI team to lead client workstreams and manage small-to-medium engagements from discovery through implementation and transition. This role involves managing project lifecycles, including workplans, budgets, and stakeholder communications while translating operational problems into technical requirements for systems like digital twins, simulation, robotics intelligence, and industrial integration. The successful candidate will coordinate diverse teams of engineers, architects, and data specialists to ensure production readiness across hardware-in-the-loop and site acceptance activities. Lead delivery workstreams across digital twins, robotics AI, and industrial integration domains.

What we're looking for
Must have 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in consulting, systems integration, or client-facing delivery.
Must have practical experience in at least two relevant domains such as robotics, industrial automation, digital twins, simulation, AI/ML, or edge/cloud.
Must have experience managing a project workstream with responsibility for planning, team leadership, quality, risk, and stakeholder outcomes.
Must be able to translate operational challenges into measurable outcomes like throughput, productivity, safety, and cost.
Must be able to review technical designs, challenge assumptions, and communicate implications to non-technical stakeholders.
Must have an understanding of production-readiness, testing, change control, cybersecurity, and safety in industrial environments.
Must have experience working with manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, engineering, or other asset-intensive operations.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree (or 12 years experience), or an Associate degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
Experience with ROS 2, simulation tools, industrial automation, and specific platforms like NVIDIA or Siemens (preferred).
Experience supporting pursuit solutioning, estimates, proposals, and taking a proof of concept through production deployment (preferred).
Relevant certifications in Project Management, Agile, SAFe, Lean, Six Sigma, cloud, architecture, or cybersecurity (preferred).
