  • Conduct cycle counts of RMA units and manage inventory.

What we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 2+ years of hardware engineering experience.
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 1+ year of hardware engineering experience.
  • A PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in hardware troubleshooting or sustaining engineering is preferred.
  • Proficiency in debugging and soldering skills, preferably micro miniature.
  • Knowledge of server architecture, networking (TCP/IP, DNS), and hardware interfaces.
  • Experience with automation tools like Ansible and Puppet, and scripting in Python or Bash.
  • Familiarity with hyperscaler server hardware and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
