What you'll do

  • Review and log all returned server components and systems.

  • Conduct cycle counts of RMA units and manage inventory.

  • Track return reasons and generate reports for trend analysis.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
  • PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years in hardware troubleshooting or sustaining engineering (preferred).
  • Familiarity with hyperscaler server hardware and cloud platforms (preferred).
  • Strong debugging and soldering skills, with micro miniature preferred (preferred).
  • Knowledge of server architecture, networking, and hardware interfaces (preferred).
  • Experience with automation tools like Ansible or Puppet and scripting in Python or Bash (preferred).
