You will also leverage AI-enabled insights for forecasting and risk management while embedding Responsible AI governance across value streams to solve complex delivery challenges within a sophisticated enterprise technology environment.

What you'll do

  • Lead the planning and execution of Program Increments across multiple Agile Release Trains.
  • Drive PI Planning readiness by coordinating with leadership on roadmaps, backlog preparation, and capacity planning.
  • Facilitate core ART operating events including Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments for prioritized features and epics.
  • Coach and develop Scrum Masters and Flow Masters to improve team maturity and Lean-Agile adoption.
  • Utilize flow metrics and AI-enabled insights to drive data-driven decisions regarding forecasting and bottleneck visibility.
  • Embed Responsible AI practices across value streams to ensure compliance with governance and ethical standards.
  • Manage program knowledge using AI-enabled tools to capture decisions, action items, and delivery insights.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 7 years of Agile delivery leadership experience including significant Release Train Engineer experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of people management experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a team or program-level Agile coach.
  • Proven expertise in SAFe framework, PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, and cross-team dependency management.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or VersionOne.
  • Experience with enterprise software development, DevSecOps practices, Lean Portfolio Management, and value stream delivery.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools or analytics for planning, forecasting, risk visibility, and knowledge management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred (preferred).
  • Financial services industry experience, particularly within complex enterprise technology environments (preferred).
  • SAFe Release Train Engineer certification or other relevant Agile coaching certifications (preferred).
