What you'll do

Lead Agile Release Train (ART) activities and drive Lean-Agile practices to improve delivery flow.
Plan and manage software and architecture release schedules.
Facilitate PI Planning, continuous exploration, and other essential ART ceremonies.
Coordinate cross-team collaboration through Scrum of Scrums and other communication forums.
Track feature and capability execution using metrics across Agile and DevOps teams.
Brief customers and leadership on progress, testing status, deployment updates, and release readiness.
Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders in agile maturity and practices.
Identify, escalate, and manage impediments while coordinating critical dependencies to resolve bottlenecks.

What we're looking for

Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Current Security+ certification or higher/equivalent.
Ability to pass and maintain additional customer suitability screenings.
Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of experience, or a master’s degree with 6–10 years (experience may substitute for degree).
Experience supporting Agile software development teams in roles such as Scrum Master or project lead.
Experience briefing leadership and customer stakeholders.
Experience using Agile project management tools like Jira.
ServiceNow administration/configuration experience, ITIL certification, or AWS certifications (preferred).
